Engineering services
Placard catalogues, painting drawings, livery adaptation schemes and emergency instruction design — by the same team that makes the parts.
We develop the documents, not only the parts
Our engineers prepare the drawings and catalogues your maintenance and paint shop work from — built on your AMM, IPC and livery artwork. Every document is issued under PRINTAVIA's revision control and can be used as the basis for a minor-change approval through AeroKnow.
Placard and marking catalogues
Interior and exterior catalogues per aircraft: every placard with its location, text, languages, material and part reference — structured to ATA Chapter 11 and your AMM / IPC. The catalogue becomes the master document for kits, reorders and lease returns.
Painting drawings
Livery and exterior-marking layouts for the paint shop: dimensions, colour references, stencil positions, registration marks to ICAO Annex 7 or FAR Part 45.
Livery adaptation schemes
Adapting your existing livery or paint scheme to a specific aircraft type — from an A320 to an ATR, from a 737 to an Embraer — with the proportions and placements resolved for the new airframe.
Emergency instruction design
Safety cards and emergency equipment layouts in your cabin configuration and languages.
Drawings and documentation for EASA Part 21J approval
Where a placard, marking or livery element changes the aircraft configuration, we prepare the drawing package and supporting documentation; the minor change is approved by our partner AeroKnow SIA (EASA Part 21J DOA, GCAA UAE privileges).
From the livery artwork to the paint shop
Logo, titles and national marks laid out for the paint shop with detail views and dimensions — the same drawing set is used to cut the stencils and masks.
Send us a drawing, an IPC page or a photo of the placard you need.
Requests by e-mail or WhatsApp (messages only) — support 24/7 in English and Russian.
